- At Fancy Cakes ETC we never freeze...only bake fresh.
- Each cake is "Made to Order" to meet but mostly we strive to exceed our customers expectations. Those expections are for us not to make more than 5 cakes in a week that way each brides request is met with personal attention.
- 3-D cakes is our specialty from idea to design. We love challenges.
- More than Baskins we have 36 flavors and types of icing.
- We offer services above just your normal bakery/cake shop: Catering, wedding favors, desserts for all ocassions, cookies, pies, treats, oh and cakes too.
- We do deliever for a minimal fee: That includes set up of cake(s). If needed we can arrange for cutting and servers for a minimal fee. Please make request as soon as possible that way we can make arrangements.
- 18 Years being a baker makes for some wonderfule opportunities. As a store and not a home baker for over 10 years I have made my bakery in Norman for over 5 years and plan many more years to provide brides, old friends, new friends, and everyday people with the best bakes.
- I am self taught. I was in need of someone to make a 3-d ninja turtle for my son's first birthday. There was a need and I filled it myself. Right then the passion and business was born.
- The regulars see me as "The Cake Lady", I see me as their friend that has alot of four on her face.
- we are open Wednesday through saturday 9am - 6pm Closed Sunday
- Open Monday and Tuesday by appointment only
- Consultations are Free and include a taste test of several varieties of our most popular flavors of cake and icings.
